On Call Service: Contact us when you’re ready for a pickup.

  • Call, email or text when you need service.
  • One flat rate includes box, red bag, pick-up, treatment and disposal.
  • No account set-up fees. No hidden costs. The flat rate is your total cost. No surprises will appear on your invoice. We don’t like surprises on invoices, and neither do our customers. Any additional mandated taxes or fees that arise during the term of the agreement will be added to the invoice. Smart Waste will notify customers prior to adding these additional taxes or government mandated fees. Smart Waste DOES NOT CHARGE FUEL FEES, ENVIRONMENTAL FEES, OR DOCUMENT FEES. 
  • Payment can be made directly to the driver. We accept all major credit cards.
  • No long term contracts. Our customers stay with us by choice, not because a contract requires it.
  • On-call service generally happens within one week. Flexible schedules work around your office needs. You’ll always know when your pick-up will happen. We’re happy to provide a reminder call, email or text.

 Scheduled Service: Set a schedule and we’ll be there.

  • One price includes box, red bag, pick-up, treatment and disposal.
  • We know that you might need more bags than boxes because several bags end up in one cardboard box. Just ask and we’ll provide extra bags.
  • No surprises will appear on your invoice. We don’t like surprises on invoices, and neither do our customers. Any additional mandated taxes or fees that arise during the term of the agreement will be added to the invoice.
